Politique de remboursement

We only accept return requests within 6 days of receiving your item if there is any dissatisfaction with your order. We only accept returns for the following;


• Damaged, defective or incorrect items
• Sizing issues if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
• If your item was not delivered.

 

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. We also do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or the item doesn’t suit you. 



Sizing Issue Returns

• Returns for sizing issues are accepted; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.



Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Exchanges are not accepted; only refunds will be processed.



How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us JawaherSamare@gmail.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged/defective or incorrect item
• Sizing issues must also be clearly described


Once we review and approve your return request, we’ll send you the return shipping details.



Refund

• Refunds will be processed within 3-10 days once the returned item is received, inspected and accepted. 
• Please note, the refunded amount may not appear immediately on your card statement, as it depends on your card issuer's processing time.
